The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and experienced

Bench Joiner to join our manufacturing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our manufacturing team and assist in the production of bespoke timber products, including staircases, doors, and other custom joinery items.

Working alongside an experienced team, you will help deliver high-quality products for residential projects across the Highlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture high-quality bespoke joinery products from workshop drawings and specifications.
  • Operate and maintain a range of woodworking and joinery machinery safely and effectively.
  • Read and interpret technical and workshop drawings accurately.
  • Assemble and finish joinery products to a high standard.
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support product development and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will

  • Have proven experience as a Bench Joiner.
  • Be competent in the use of a wide range of joinery and woodworking machinery.
  • Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality workmanship.
  • Be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a positive and professional attitude towards work and colleagues.
