Weโre looking for an organised, dependable Sales Administrator Assistant, to support our sales team.
Working behind the scenes, the role supports the sales consultants by processing information following customers calls and enquiries, preparing quotations, managing internal systems and co-ordinating the next steps required to help the sales team progress sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the sales team
- Review customer requirements and ensure all relevant details are included in the quotes
- Update and maintain CRM systems, sales databases and customer records
- Manage administrative tasks arising from sales calls, emails and enquiries
- Track quotation status and maintain records or outstanding and completed quotes
- Generate reports and provide administrative support to the wider sales department
Key skills and experience:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a sales support, administration, construction, glazing or home improvement environment is desirable.
Role Overview:
This is a non-customer-facing position focused on supporting the sales team. Once a sales consultant has completed a customer call or interaction, the sales administrative assistant will take ownership of the administrative process and completing all necessary internal actions before returning the lead to the sales consultant for presentation to the customer.
