About the Role – We are looking for a dynamic, intelligent, and consultative Sales Consultant to join our team, someone who can rise above outdated perceptions of \”double glazing sales.\” You will thrive on meaningful conversations about:

  • Energy efficiency: Helping customers reduce carbon footprints and energy bills.
  • Green building practices: Engaging with clients who are passionate about sustainability.
  • Aesthetics: Understanding and articulating design as a key factor in purchase decisions.
  • Building details: Navigating technical discussions with homeowners, architects, and builders.

You should have:

  • Proven Sales Talent: Demonstrated success in consultative sales. Some knowledge of construction will be helpful, but aptitude is more important.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: The ability to deeply understand client needs and tailor solutions.
  • Technical Acumen: A willingness to learn and confidently discuss the specifications and performance of our products.
  • Professionalism and Drive: A self-starter with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

You must be authorised to work in the UK. No agencies please.
