We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager with a genuine passion for sports and outdoor activities - join our team at Norrøna´s Flagship Store London. Norrøna was founded in 1929 and has been owned and run by the same family ever since. Our mission is to create the world's greatest outdoor products and offer unique adventures through a responsible business. The group employs approx. 500 people from 20 different nationalities.
The position is a permanent full‑time position equivalent to 100% (40 hours per week). As a salesperson in Norrøna's stores, it is important for us that you understand the customer's needs and provide the customer with a unique customer experience. Furthermore, it is important that you are independent, capable of identifying tasks during busy and quiet periods, and possess a large work capacity.
Qualifications
- Completed high school
- Minimum of 2 years’ working experience preferably within retail/sports
- Proficiency in both native and English language skills

- Support the store manager and contribute to a positive work culture
