The anticipated annual salary range for this position is outlined below. Compensation is based on individual education, qualifications and experience. This role reports into the above mentioned office, however NORR offers all of its employees the opportunity to work either from home or from a NORR office.

We are looking for a Proposal and Marketing Specialist to support business growth by developing compelling proposals and impactful marketing content across multiple sectors.

How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, development, and submission of proposals, in accordance with specified requirements.
  • Coordinate the development of narrative, graphics, project experience, resumes, and technical information and other necessary content from both internal teams and sub-consultants as applicable.
  • Format, edit, proofread proposal content for consistency, accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with proposal participants to track tasks against the schedule.
  • Produce presentations, marketing assets, award submissions, and other business development content.
  • Maintain proposal resources, marketing content, and digital assets while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support business development initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What You Will Bring to the Team or The Ideal Candidate Has:
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, communications, or business development support.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), or Professional Services industry.
