At NORNORM, we change how offices are furnished β moving away from ownership towards a circular, flexible subscription model that works better for people, businesses, and the planet. To accelerate our presence in the UK, we are looking for a Partnerships Manager based in London to build and activate the partnerships that drive long-term growth.
Do you enjoy being out in the market and actively building relationships, see networking as a long-term exercise in trust and relevance, and feel comfortable initiating conversations and developing partnerships from the ground up, with a clear preference for long-term collaboration over quick, transactional wins? If so, this role may be worth exploring.
The role involves identifying, developing, and growing strategic partnerships primarily within commercial real estate, flexible workspaces, and workplace-driven environments. You will take an active, outbound approach to partnership development while working in a consultative and relationship-led manner. The role requires strong presence in the market and the confidence to engage credibly with senior stakeholders shaping how office space is developed, operated, and used.
You will represent NORNORM externally and act as a trusted partner to landlords, property developers, flexible workspace operators, building owners, and other senior decision-makers across the London market.
Key responsibilities:- Proactively identify and engage relevant partners across commercial real estate and flexible workspace environments through targeted outreach and networking.
- Build and develop long-term relationships with landlords, developers, workspace operators, and workplace-focused stakeholders.
- Open doors to new opportunities and create momentum through relationships, presence, and influence.
- Develop partnerships from initial conversations into structured, value-creating collaborations.
- Activate partnerships through joint initiatives, introductions, and go-to-market activities.
- Represent NORNORM at relevant industry events, meetings, and forums in London.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and regional leadership to ensure partnerships translate into tangible business impact.
- You are a confident and proactive networker, comfortable initiating conversations, opening doors, and creating momentum through people and relationships.
- You take a deliberate, outbound approach to building partnerships and are comfortable engaging new stakeholders directly.
- You are at ease speaking with senior decision-makers such as landlords, property developers, flexible workspace operators, building owners, and CRE leaders.
- You understand how to move from first contact to meaningful, long-term commercial collaboration without relying on hard sales tactics.
- You are organised, self-motivated, and take ownership of your relationships from first contact through to partnership activation.
- Ideally, you already have a relevant network in London within commercial real estate or flexible workspace communities, but this is not essential β the ability and motivation to build such a network proactively is key.
- A pivotal role in a fast-growing, purpose-driven company reshaping the office industry.
- High levels of autonomy and ownership within the UK market.
- Close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- A culture built on trust, ambition, and long-term thinking.
- The opportunity to influence how future workspaces are developed, operated, and furnished.
This is a highly market-facing role, with the majority of your time spent meeting partners and stakeholders across London, complemented by regular time in the office for collaboration and alignment.
We ask for a short cover note outlining your intent for the role - a few lines are enough. Please also include a link to your LinkedIn profile.
