As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide organisations with complete visibility and control over cyber risk. Your efforts will directly contribute to safeguarding our clients' digital assets & ensuring their peace of mind.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of call outcomes, prospect interactions, and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, ICP (Ideal Customer Profiling) data attainment and scheduled appointments.
  • Collaborate closely with BDMs to schedule appointments, service offering presentations, demonstrations, or follow-up meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Work effectively with BDMs, Marketing, and other team members to optimise lead generation efforts and maximise sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
  • Experience with sales methodologies - BANT & MEDDPICC (Preferable, but not essential).
  • You have working knowledge of SDR, Outbound Call, Customer Service, Lead Generation and Scheduling.
