- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of call outcomes, prospect interactions, and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, ICP (Ideal Customer Profiling) data attainment and scheduled appointments.
- Collaborate closely with BDMs to schedule appointments, service offering presentations, demonstrations, or follow-up meetings with qualified prospects.
- Work effectively with BDMs, Marketing, and other team members to optimise lead generation efforts and maximise sales opportunities.
1–2 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
- Experience with sales methodologies - BANT & MEDDPICC (Preferable, but not essential).
- You have working knowledge of SDR, Outbound Call, Customer Service, Lead Generation and Scheduling.
