About the Role
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for navigating the complexities of the cyber security landscape? We are looking for a highly motivated, organised, and dynamic sales professional who is constantly seeking out net new opportunity.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this position will play an integral role within our sales function, with the primary focus acquiring and converting prospects into new client logos. Responsibilities including creating net opportunities, while also nurturing marketing-generated leads through the sales funnel and delivering additional value and sales revenue from our existing customer base.
The successful candidate should possess the essential skills required to be part of a high performing Sales Team, promoting NormCyber’s portfolio of cyber services and contributing to our growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and win new logo customers to consistently meet sales targets.
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline via CRM for accurate forecasting.
• Establish wide and effective networks of contacts via various channels of engagement.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally & contribute positively towards all facets of the prospect/customer experience.
• Stay updated on market trends and news by attending relevant industry exhibitions & networking events.
What we are looking for:
• Educated to graduate level.
• 1+ years of sales experience in B2B technology sales (Saas, software, IT, cyber, solutions and / or services).
• Demonstrable track record of creating new logo pipeline and exceeding new business sales targets.
• A strong understanding of the cyber market and opportunities / issues within it.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience of ‘Value Based Selling’ and multi-level relationship management skills.
• High-energy, self-starter as well as a collaborative team player.
• An ability to achieve or maintain accreditations in all relevant vendor sales exams as required by the business.
• Resident in the UK for the last 5 years, to obtain the required level of security clearance.
• Hold a UK driving licence and own a car (business insurance will be required).
• Have the right to work in the UK.
