Normative is looking for a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in London and Stockholm. As an SDR, you will identify and qualify prospects, drive interest in our carbon‑accounting solutions, and build a pipeline that supports our growth in the Net Zero market.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and move them through the company sales pipeline.
  • Become an expert at using lead generation tools to map lists of target accounts.
  • Identify prospects’ needs and suggest appropriate solutions through the use of PACTT qualification.
  • Collaborate with the account executive team to create and develop a high‑quality sales pipeline for the company, including stakeholder mapping, introductory calls, product demos and more.
  • Utilise our sales engagement tools such as Outreach.io, Cognism, Sales Navigator and Seismic to generate interest with prospects.
  • Meet or exceed qualified lead/demos quota.

Qualifications

  • Ambitious and driven mindset; passion for sales and helping the world reach Net Zero.
  • Some work experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or similar context.
  • Great communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
  • Passion and interest in sustainability; training will be provided.
  • Dynamic and engaging conversationalist.
  • (Nice to have) Fluent in an additional European language.

Location

This role is based in our London office at Southwark (Metal Box Factory Workspace) or our Stockholm office. The Sales team works from the office 4+ days a week. At this time we are not able to offer relocation or VISA support for this position.
