HGV MECHANIC

OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our team, maintaining, repairing, and inspecting a range of vehicles and equipment, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Applicants should be organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high standards of service.

Duties

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on our fleet of lorries.Diagnose mechanical issuesCarry out repairsprepare vehicles for MOTable to work as a teamkeep relevant paperwork up to date

Skills

Proven experience in vehicle repair, particularly with DAF vehiclesStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, diagnostics, and repair techniquesValid driving licence with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is highly desirable
