Interim HR Business Partner
📍 12-Month FTC | Up to £65,000 + package
📍 Hybrid | 3 days a week travel across the South West Region
We’re working with a leading name in the retail sector, to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The Role
This is a key HR role where you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting our people strategy and driving initiatives that really make an impact. You’ll be leading on projects such as organisational development, succession planning, and change & transformation programmes.
It’s a hands-on role – you’ll be working closely with leaders across the South West region, providing trusted advice and influencing decision-making to ensure HR adds real value and helps shape business success.
We’re looking for someone who can bring both expertise and energy to the role:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with strong generalist HR knowledge
- Track record of delivering across organisational design, HR transformation, change management, and culture development
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – able to influence and engage at all levels
- Ideally, experience in retail, wholesale, or FMCG sectors, though not essential
- Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about making a difference through people
- A confident communicator with the ability to drive meaningful change
