Salary: £150,000–£200,000 + package (dependent on experience)

We are currently working with a client in the heavy infrastructure sector who are seeking an Interim FP&A Director to join them on a short-term basis.

This role will focus on stabilising and improving legacy processes, introducing effective structure, and enhancing the quality of financial reporting across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in building a best-in-class FP&A function, improving the monthly reporting pack to Group, and better connecting planning, forecasting and strategy across currently fragmented processes.

The role will involve leading and motivating a small finance team while remaining hands-on, driving improvements in insight, performance management and decision support.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Available to start 23rd February
  • Proven experience within a heavy infrastructure environment (e.g. infrastructure, utilities, oil & gas or similar)
  • Strong FP&A leadership experience, ideally in complex, multi-entity organisations
  • Track record of implementing structure, improving reporting and driving process improvement
