Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
Leading organisation requires a highly experienced FP&A professional to manage an existing financial planning team. You will be accountable for the production of 3 & 5 year plans, developing the businesses strategy in conjunction with the SLT.
You will have a strong track record in forecasting at a group level from a cash and P&L perspective. Reporting into the CFO and Board, you will be accountable for the accurate production of the financial forecasts. This role has direct oversight for all group reporting and the production of the board reports for investors and the executive board.
This position will have a high degree of stakeholder engagement, which often will require information requests at short notice. Your role will be instrumental in conducting business performance reviews ensuring the business is on track to deliver its financial plan.
Strong stakeholder management is required, as you will liaise between the strategy and operational side of the business for all financial planning activities. In your prior positions, you will be used to holding finance business partners to account, ensuring they are delivering against the financial plan.
This role will require the successful candidate to have ideally worked within a PLC environment and have strong proven leadership skills.
