NORMAL is a young and dynamic Danish retail chain that opened its first store in April 2013. Since then, we’ve grown rapidly and now operate around 1000 stores across ten markets. Our expansion now continues in Ireland, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our adventure!

We are looking for someone with experience from a similar role in retail. We will help equip you for success, and you will also have fantastic development opportunities.
The JobYou will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the rest of the store team, driving growth and sales. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have a unique shopping experience every time they visit your store. We won’t burden you with long manuals or rigid central control. Instead, we expect you to take responsibility - together with the Store Manager - for sales, store standards, and leadership. We are busy, so you must be ready to take ownership and go the extra mile. You should be able to work strategically with our exciting range of products, ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and neatly presented. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a dynamic workday filled with challenges and great energy.
Your Qualifications- Experience in retail.
- Passion for store operations and merchandising to ensure high store standards.
- Ability to create great customer experiences that encourage repeat visits.
- Independent, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- A visible leader who leads by example—with a positive attitude—and can turn ideas into action.
