We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and results-oriented Commercial Analyst to support our dynamic engineering business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and be committed to delivering high-quality results. Based fully on-site at our Cheltenham office, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dedicated professional environment. - Manage the acquisition process of Ready-to-Build (RTB) assets in GB
- Support commercial negotiations
- Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party M&A advisors and sellers
- Coordinate and implement the due diligence process of RTB assets across internal and external teams
- Support business development and project origination objectives
- Monitor regulatory changes across the industry
- Operate project revenue models and assumptions
Previous experience in an analyst, administrative or coordinator role, ideally within M&A. Proficiency in Linux environments is an advantage; experience with project management or engineering software is a plus.
