Are you looking to start an exciting career in customer service? We’re looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn Customer Service Apprentice to support our busy engineering team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience within a technical and customer-focused environment while working towards a recognised qualification.

You’ll play a key part in keeping communication flowing between our internal teams and customers, helping ensure our service operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Professional experience & background:
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable handling customer phone calls professionally
  • Interest in engineering or technical industries is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with processing engineer paperwork and job documentation
  • Support the engineering team with administrative tasks and scheduling
  • Act as a communication link between the Service, Sales, and Technical teams
  • Answer incoming customer calls and log service enquiries accurately
  • Help ensure all customer records are kept up to date in our CRM system
  • Learn and apply best practices in customer service and internal coordination
  • Complete apprenticeship training requirements alongside your daily tasks
