We are seeking an exceptional Senior Global Brand Director for Paediatric Oncology portfolio, responsible for leading the strategic vision, development, and execution of our brand strategy across global markets. This role will require a highly experienced leader with a profound understanding of paediatric oncology and/or rare diseases and the challenges faced by patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive global brand strategy to drive the success of the product portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams including marketing, medical, access, and commercial to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocates, and regulatory bodies, to build brand awareness and advocacy.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to adapt strategies as needed for sustained competitive advantage.
- Oversee budget management, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal investment across initiatives.
- Drive innovation in marketing approaches, incorporating digital strategies and advanced analytics for improved engagement.
- Champion the patient perspective within the organization to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
- Significant experience in a senior marketing or brand leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in paediatric oncology and/or rare disease management.
- Proven ability to lead complex brand strategies, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Exceptional understanding of market access challenges and the payer landscape.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
