JOB PURPOSE
Drive consistent achievement of regional commercial objectives for the business, including sales, growth, and profitability targets. Provide strategic leadership and coaching to the regional team, ensuring effective local implementation of marketing strategies and the Norgine model of commercial excellence. Build and retain a patient-centric, high-performance team that is fully compliant with industry standards and company policies, positioning the region as a benchmark for commercial excellence within Norgine. Role model Norgine values and behaviours.

Requirements
- Business Planning
- Contribute to the development of annual business plans; input to the development of business cases for key activities/projects and with estimating the financial and human resources required to deliver performance targets.
- Develop, monitor, and deliver regional business plan and oversee creation and implementation of high-quality planning process.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer acquisition. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate individual and team performance.
- Proactively identify & manage opportunities and risks.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Monitor team members' use of the CRM system, identifying and resolving standard issues and escalating them to a senior manager as appropriate.
- Use CRM insights to support an omnichannel leadership approach—review team activity data, identify gaps, and provide targeted coaching to improve engagement and data quality; escalate systemic issues as needed.
- Horizontal Leadership: Build Collaborative Relationships
- Build collaborative relationships in an environment with limited complexity, focusing on building internal and external networks that facilitate collaboration and partnerships across the value chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment and execution of commercial strategies.
- Leadership and Direction
- Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team; explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision, and values; motivate people to commit to these and to do extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and objectives for the commercial portfolio. Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to ensure the team's success.
- Horizon Scanning & Market Intelligence
- Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments and emerging issues in local health economy and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Share market insights with Brand Leads to develop and adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Identify and address evolving needs of healthcare institutions.
- Insights and Reporting
- Prepare and coordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and budget plans. Utilise data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Performance Management
- Develop and propose own performance objectives; take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of agreed objectives, using the organization's performance management systems to improve personal performance.
- Or manage and report on team performance; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project/account team members and hold people accountable for achieving them, taking appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team/personal objectives.
- Organizational Capability Building
