We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Lead to join Norgine. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Specialty Care Portfolio and overseeing all aspects of brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and commercial activities. Responsibilities- Develop and implement brand strategies to maximise the potential of the specialty care portfolio
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align brand plans and activities with overall business objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient insights to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups and industry partners
- Track and report on brand performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Solid and proven experience in marketing or brand management roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Proven history of successfully launching and promoting specialty care products
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Experience in utilizing omnichannel approach to drive customer experience
- Brand leadership and team management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
