The Role
We are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to support the business across a wide range of contract activities and drive best practice in contract lifecycle management. This role will play a key part in managing contract processes, optimising systems (including Agiloft), and enabling teams to work efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review a wide range of commercial contracts (e.g. MSAs, SoWs, NDAs, supplier agreements)
- Own and optimise the Agiloft contract lifecycle management system
- Support stakeholders with contract templates and negotiation processes
- Deliver training and guidance to improve contract knowledge and adoption
- Monitor contract performance, risks, and compliance through reporting and insights
- Maintain contract templates, workflows, and approval processes
- Drive continuous improvement in contract processes, including use of automation and AI
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience drafting and reviewing a broad range of commercial contracts independently
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes
- Experience working with CLM systems (Agiloft preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage complexity, prioritise effectively, and work collaboratively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
