You will lead the development of high‑quality, globally aligned scientific and medical communications that support the safe and effective use of Norgine products. Working closely with global and local medical teams, you will ensure content is accurate, compliant and clinically relevant, enabling consistent and impactful medical engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and evolution of high‑quality, globally aligned scientific communications to support effective scientific exchange and appropriate use of Norgine products.
- Drive scientific engagement by translating complex clinical and real‑world data into clear, credible and impactful content for internal and external medical audiences.
- Partner closely with Global Medical, Clinical and country medical teams to shape and deliver annual scientific communications plans, ensuring consistency, relevance and timely data dissemination.
- Ensure scientific communications are rolled out effectively across markets, embedding feedback loops and continuous improvement to strengthen medical engagement and messaging impact.
- Provide oversight and expert input into Medical Information activities, including development of Standard Response Documents and FAQs, support for congresses and collaboration with outsourced partners, ensuring accuracy, balance and compliance.
- Contribute to key global medical affairs deliverables and insights generation, using scientific and medical information trends to inform strategy while operating in full compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Advanced degree in a scientific or medical discipline (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent).
- Proven experience in medical affairs, scientific communications or medical information within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Sound knowledge of medical compliance, medical information and industry regulations including local medical affairs compliance.
- Strong ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, balanced and compliant medical content for technical and non‑technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, collaborative and inclusive approach, aligned with Norgine's values.
