We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join Norgine. The person holding this position will report to the Head of IT.

The core responsibilities include providing 2nd line support on all aspects of the IT infrastructure and daily BAU, with additional IT project work and procurement liaising with suppliers.

The individual will embrace continuous improvement within the team, striving to make processes efficient and effective by challenging non-value activities while ensuring compliance with policies.

This role is a 12-month FTC.

Requirements

The job holder will be responsible for providing proactive IT support in key areas:

  • Infrastructure IT Service Delivery at the Hengoed M&S site
  • Application support at the Hengoed M&S site
  • Support to all aspects of IT infrastructure at regional level to ensure maximum uptime
  • Building effective relationships with colleagues and the business
  • Analyzing and proposing improvements in service delivery
  • Following project methodology for IT projects
  • Contributing to global and local IT processes
  • Participating in projects and specific technology areas as required
  • Some out-of-hours work and on-call rota participation after training

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong IT experience
