We have an exciting opportunity for a

Medical Advisor to join our UK Medical Affairs team, reporting to the Medical Director.

This role provides scientific leadership, ensuring high-quality medical strategy and activities that improve patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will report directly into the Medical Director and be a member of the UK Medical Affairs team.

Working with a passionate team, working collaboratively in a hybrid fashion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary medical expert and lead the delivery of the local medical plans aligning with global strategy.
  • Leading the presentation of scientific data, provide non-promotional medical information and contribute to internal training while provide accurate.
  • Translate scientific data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Review materials for Code and regulatory compliance and support responses to promotional claims.
  • Maintain up to date therapy area knowledge and deliver high-quality scientific training.
  • Manage aligned Investigator Sponsored Trials and collaborate with CROs and other vendors on data.

This role will have a blend of traditional engagement focused responsibilities, copy approval (on completion of training) and collaboration across the EMEA grouping.

Requirements

  • Current UK Medical Affairs experience.
  • Confident in engaging external experts and interpreting clinical/scientific data.
  • Experience with copy approval and promotional governance (highly desirable)
  • Ability to communicate complex scientific data clearly to diverse audiences and the ability to generate insights.
  • Ability to generate insights and influence cross-functional strategy
