Norfolk Wildlife Trust are offering the opportunity for someone to work at our beautiful nature reserve at NWT Cley Beach car park on a Sunday.

Salary: £12 per hour (*April pay review pending)

Contract type: Seasonal

Working hours: Part time, Sundays

Location: Cley Marshes visitor centre, Coast Road Cley next the Sea, NR25 7SA

About Cley Marshes

NWT’s nature reserve at Cley Marshes, on the North Norfolk Coast, was the first wildlife trust nature reserve. Founded in 1926 it is both nationally and internationally renowned as a special place for its birdlife. It attracts a broad spectrum of visitors from across the UK and beyond; specialist naturalists, serious and casual bird watchers to tourists, day trippers and those simply wanting to enjoy the breath-taking scenery and wildlife to be found in North Norfolk.

About the Role

The attendant will be required to manage the car park and collect car parking fees and will also be expected to engage generally with all visitors and provide information about the nature reserve. An opportunity to work in a stunning location right on the coast, on the edge of a renowned nature reserve, contributing income to the running of the Norfolk Wildlife Trust and engaging with the public.
