We’re looking for a Warranty & Admin Assistant to join the team at our Norwich depot.
It’s a vital role that keeps everything ticking behind the scenes – from warranty claims and payments to day-to-day depot admin. You’ll be the person who spots the details others miss, keeps the paperwork in order, and helps the service team stay one step ahead.

What you’ll be doing:
- Submitting warranty and repair & maintenance claims (HGV & LCV)
- Following up on queries and rejections
- Verifying payments and keeping accurate records
- Running regular reports and supporting depot admin
- Communicating with customers and suppliers
- Helping the team with inboxes and general office support
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail – we deal with multiple manufacturers
- Someone reliable, organised, and easy to work with
- Calm under pressure, and professional when speaking to customers or suppliers
- Admin or customer service experience is useful, but full training is provided
