Applications are invited for the above post in the Records Management and Data Quality Department, based at Suffolk Police Headquarters, Martlesham Heath. The successful applicant will support the organisation in the management and improvement of Data Quality on all force systems.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience of working in a data quality, quality assurance or audit environment with a track record of high levels of accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to discuss issues with peers or managers and produce concise reports.
  • Good computer skills with a working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to present and deliver bespoke training material.
  • Ability to manage own workload dependent on risk and required deadlines.
  • To be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards e.g. Data Protection Act 2018, Management of Police Information.

Hours of work are 37 hours, worked evenly Monday-Friday. The office is open 8:00 to 16:30.
