Norfolk Professional Building Services are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our established commercial department. NPB works on many prestigious high‑end projects in Norfolk ranging from £100k to £10m. From period restoration to modern new builds, we have an excellent highly skilled team who strive to enjoy the process of delivering successful projects for our clients. Our management staff must possess the skills and experience to cover all aspects of construction.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the commercial performance of projects and providing project management support. The successful candidate will also lead and mentor and have oversight across our established commercial management team ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high standards across all commercial functions.
About you
- You must be highly organised, hardworking and dedicated to achieving results and building business with an ambition to develop and improve all aspects of our company, company culture and yourself.
- You must have exceptional knowledge of the built environment and be able to read drawings and engineer solutions to challenges on our projects.
- A formal qualification and experience of commercial management.
- Experience as a Commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor.
