The predicted salary is between 37338 - 44962 £ per year.
You will be an experienced Primary Care clinician, who will be acting autonomously within their professional boundaries and competencies. You will clarify appropriate patients to attend the services, as well as utilising your clinical acumen to provide appropriate care for the presenting patient, from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, referral (where required), evaluation, and discharge from the service. You will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for the patients attending the Service. The post holder will demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process. They will work collaboratively with the onsite / remote teams to ensure patient journeys are appropriate and timely.
In order to work at this level, those registered with the NMC / HCPC, requirements for Advanced Practice must be met.
