We\’re an artisan, slow-luxury brand rooted in nature, craftsmanship, and thoughtful living. We\’re looking for a driven and imaginative Retail Shop Manager to lead our Perfumery in Wells Next The Sea. Developing our established shops and retail team as our business continues to grow and evolve.
This isn\’t just another retail job.It\’s an opportunity to shape a sensory driven, customer first experience in a space where beauty, story, and scent come together. It\’s a chance to lead our beautifully crafted retail space, inspire a dedicated team, and introduce customers to our products, from fine perfumes, candles, home ranges and our new customer services including, bespoke scent experiences, scent layering, scenting your wedding and hand and arm massage.

What You\’ll Do:
- Lead and grow our established and recruit new members to our shop team
- Inspire and manage a passionate team in delivering exceptional, personal service
- Curate immersive in-store experiences from our Bespoke Scent Services to Scent Your Wedding, hand & arm rituals, and seasonal events
- A visual merchandising champion that reflects our artisan values and natural aesthetic
- Engage with our community of customers and help them connect with our products
What We\’re Looking For:
- A creative and commercially minded retail leader with experience managing or supporting a high-end boutique shop
- Ability to develop and inspire your team
- Passion for customer experience, with an instinct for building relationships and delivering memorable service
- Merchandising flair, with an eye for detail and storytelling through product presentation
- Enthusiasm for experiential retail and evolving what the in-store journey can be
