Role Description:
We're looking for reliable and detail-focused Property Inventory Clerks to join Norfolk Inventories on a self-employed basis.
This is a field-based role, carrying out property visits primarily across Norfolk. We also undertake work in the Lowestoft area and are particularly interested in hearing from individuals based in or around Lowestoft.
Depending on your availability, we have opportunities for both full-time and part-time work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing property inventory reports
- Carrying out check-ins and check-outs
- Undertaking interim inspections
- Photographing and documenting the condition of properties
- Producing clear, accurate and professional reports
- Managing your own appointments and travelling between properties
- Communicating with our office and, where required, clients or occupiers
The role offers the opportunity to work independently while being supported by our office and wider team.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in property inventories, inspections or check-outs would certainly be beneficial, but not essential. Full in-house training will be provided, so we're equally interested in individuals with the right attitude, work ethic and attention to detail.
