We are recruiting a full-time Babies Room Leader to cover some maternity leave at our Harborne Road Nursery in Edgbaston.

Responsibilities

  • The Room Leader will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the baby department and supporting the management team to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
  • They will be a caring, creative and reflective leader able to implement new ideas and use a range of strategies to continually improve practice and support the management team.

Qualifications

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education is essential.
  • Experience in a senior role is preferred.
  • UK experience and UK references are required so that your experience can be verified.
