Reablement Support Worker 8956 – Permanent contract – £19,802 to £21,106 per annum (Scale E) – 27.75 hours per week – Location: Mill Close, Aylsham
Responsibilities
• Work in community to support individuals in regaining their previous abilities within 6 weeks of ill health or change in circumstances.
• Deliver care support in client homes, working a two‑week rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.
• Operate within a reablement ethos, focusing on empowering clients to become independent.
Qualifications
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Commitment to making a difference to people’s lives
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided
