Practice Consultant – Social Worker 8863 (2 posts) | Permanent contract | £43,822 to £48,227 per annum (Scale K) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich
We offer a £2000 welcome payment for qualified and experienced Social Workers/Occupational Therapists (grade J and above), Practice Consultants and Team Managers new to Norfolk County Council. Amount to be repaid in full should they leave within two years of employment.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a Practice Consultant to join our Supported Living and Residential Team (SLRT). Our team includes 13 Assistant Practitioners and 4 Social Workers. We conduct Care Act reviews for supported living and residential homes. We are seeking a Practice Consultant to join our Assistant Practitioner Review Team (APRT). This is a team of 12 Assistant Practitioners whose key focus is Care Act Compliance for overdue reviews and cost efficiency. We’re looking for two dedicated, hardworking, and proactive individuals to provide strong support to the service in a fast-paced environment.
