Your experience and understanding of the support young people need in order to make a successful transition into education, employment or training will be vital.You will have the ability to engage young people using in person and virtual methods to provide support. You will have a good understanding of Post 16 EET options in Norfolk, their entry requirements and progression pathways.Effective communication with a range of professionals along with good organisational skills, the ability to work within timescales and achieve outcomes for young people will be essential. You will have excellent IT skills and digital knowledge. Norfolk County Council operates a hybrid working model and we anticipate that working remotely will be a feature of this role, your office base will be in County Hall, Norwich.
