Norfolk County Council’s Independent Living Support Workers in Norwich are part of the Children’s Services, Supported Accommodation. You will help young people develop independent living skills, contribute to plans and attend statutory reviews to ensure safe progress.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a commitment to learning. A Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (RQF) is funded. Salary £27,709–£29,071 pro rata, plus enhancements and pension.
