Overview

In this role you will ensure accurate monthly pay data for NCC staff, maintaining records and supporting employees through absences. You’ll work with the Oracle Fusion system to process changes and organisational updates, delivering timely payroll documentation and service within defined timescales. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the payroll team and engage staff to explain pay changes and updates. Responsibilities

  • collate, verify and process monthly pay data for NCC staff
  • set up and maintain employee records in Oracle Fusion
  • process changes following BAU and during organisational change
  • manage payroll documentation accurately and on time
  • support employees with absences and pay-related inquiries
  • maintain good working relationships and deliver services to timescales

Key requirements
