Overview
In this role you will provide specialist clinical support within the Therapeutic Services, Fostering Team across Norfolk. You will work integrated with social work colleagues in a trauma‑informed service to improve outcomes for children, young people and foster carers. You will offer clinical advice and direct work when needed, including supporting transitions from residential settings to family-based care. This is an opportunity to shape therapeutic practice within a relationship‑based care model that prioritizes sustained change.

Responsibilities
- Offer specialist support to foster carers and social workers
- Provide clinical advice and consultation to social workers and foster carers
- Conduct direct work with children/young people when intervention is required
- Collaborate with social work teams and support services in an integrated approach
- Assist in devising individualised support plans for children, young people and foster carers
- Support carers during transitions from residential care to family-based care
