b Overview /b p As Area Manager for Norfolk Fire Rescue Service, you will lead People and Capability functions to shape strategy, policy and performance across workforce, culture and professional standards. You’ll drive continuous improvement in workforce planning, wellbeing, and career management while ensuring safety and sustainability of critical assets and services. You will provide visible, senior leadership within a dynamic, collaborative team and contribute to the Service’s long-term development and resilience.
