We are seeking an experienced and motivated Education professional to support high-quality SEMH provision across Specialist Resource Bases (SRBs) in Norfolk. Working alongside the SEMH Base Adviser, you will help drive inclusive practice, strengthen operational delivery, and improve outcomes for children and young people.

You will play a key role in ensuring consistent, effective provision across the SEMH Base network, aligned with the Local First Inclusion Strategy, Flourish Ambition, and Children's Services priorities.
