Recurrent Care and Pre-Birth Practitioner | 10941 | Permanent Contract |37 hours per week | Β£34,434 to Β£36,363 per annum | Grade H | West Norfolk and Breckland

We are seeking a passionate and committed practitioner to join our team in a newly created role supporting young parents, care-experienced parents, and those who have previously experienced the removal of a child from their care.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work creatively and tenaciously with vulnerable parents from pregnancy onwards. You will play a vital part in empowering families through statutory processes, helping to reduce the risk of recurrent care proceedings and permanent separation.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Build strong, trusting relationships through effective relationship-based practice.
  • Think reflectively and creatively when working directly with children and families, developing tailored intervention packages that support families in achieving positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a deep commitment to addressing entrenched social challenges by embracing innovative and flexible approaches.
  • Work responsively around the needs of parents, showing adaptability and dedication.
