Help us bring libraries to life for everyone across Norfolk. We are recruiting a Head of Libraries Development to achieve our aim of ensuring that inspirational, safe and welcoming libraries are available for everyone in Norfolk.
As Head of Profession and a senior leadership team member, you will have the opportunity to lead and drive forward our new strategy, developing and delivering professional library practice across the county. Using data and community insight, you will shape responsive, community-focused services that meet evolving needs addressing the challenge of making libraries sustainable for the future. You will work closely with other Heads of Service to ensure library services align with wider community priorities, including prevention initiatives and activities within library spaces.
