Reablement Support Workers (Days) - 2 posts | Permanent contract | ÂŁ26,403 to ÂŁ28,142 per annum pro rata (Scale E) | 21 or 22 hours per week | Great Yarmouth

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including Bank Holidays.

Shift Patterns:

  • Post A – 22 hours per week
  • Week 1 – Thursday, Friday 7am to 2:30pm
  • Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday 2:30pm to 9pm
  • Post B – 21 hours per week
    • Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 2:30pm to 9pm
    • Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 2:30pm to 9pm

    Working with Swift Response, you’ll be on the frontline of Social care, responding swiftly to calls for support. Whether it’s assisting someone who’s had an uninjured fall, providing personal care, or helping someone regain independence after a setback, you’ll be making a real difference—every single shift.
