We are looking for a Senior HR Consultant to support our People Operations, leading on a variety of workstreams and projects driving transformation and process changes.
You will be responsible for high level analysis and thinking on a variety of projects and will need to utilise your high-level influencing, advice and guidance skills to support the service. You will be required to formulate and lead on projects, engaging in collaborative thinking identifying suitable solutions to support the workstreams.
You will need a solid understanding of HR processes for Green Book or an ability to build this knowledge quickly on appointment. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with capabilities to balance and support the needs of our Operations services complex requirements.
Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you will possess a can-do approach, will be a self-starter and be able to manage your own workload and work flexibly across the HR Service.
You will:
- Have initiative and clear ownership for your deliverables so you require minimal supervision.
- Be proactive, and actively able to anticipate existing and future needs of the business.
- Manage and motivate people to meet specified objectives.
- Be a strong and visible communicator that can build a reputation as a trusted adviser to senior leaders in the business.
- Be curious and analytical when it comes to assessing how we continuously improve our services.
- Develop, build and maintain partnerships and networks.
- Be collaborative and willing at the same time to challenge the status quo.
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote and office-based working. A physical presence in our Norwich office is required for a minimum of one day per week.
