This is a hybrid role. The successful candidate will need to be able to work from County Hall for a day a week, and more if required by the project.
Digital Business Analysts provide high‑quality digital business analysis services for Norfolk County Council. They work with a range of business stakeholders to develop high‑value opportunities into requirements that improve processes, deliver cost savings, efficiencies and improved outcomes for end users. The role involves leveraging maximum business benefit from leading‑edge technology, including Microsoft Power Platform, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence capabilities, and enterprise systems.
We’re Looking For Someone With:
- Proven track record as a digital business analyst
- Experience working with multiple business stakeholders to map processes
- Experience in the development and prioritisation of digital requirements, including in the form of user stories
- Experience operating effectively using Agile methodologies
- Supporting projects end to end
- A proactive, hands‑on attitude
- Ability to deliver while working within established governance
