Are you passionate about safeguarding young people and supporting families? Family Help West and Breckland are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Business Manager to oversee the Business support workers and ensure that the business needs of the service are met.

As a Business Manager, you will plan, manage and deliver support to meet priorities and deliver outcomes for the portfolio of services within West and Breckland Family Help which includes some project work. You will co-ordinate a range of business activities such as establishment monitoring, finance, supervision, recruitment, data gathering and project work. The operational support function is integral to the success of our service and therefore you are a vital member of the service management team.

You will identify succession planning, ensure staff are offered appropriate training and development opportunities and work with other Business Managers to develop areas of responsibilities. Fully integrating yourself in the team, you’ll be the go-to person within this service to ensure an efficient and effective administrative support service is delivered.

With experience of supervising a team and supporting a patch that has two localities, your organisational skills will be second to none. You will have experience of mentoring and coaching staff, managing finances, developing and monitoring administrative systems and supporting business functions.
