Are you passionate about inclusion, early intervention and improving outcomes for young children and families?
We are looking for dedicated and skilled Early Years Practitioners to join our new Best Start Inclusion Service across Norfolk.
These exciting roles offer the opportunity to work directly with children aged 0-5 and their families, helping to identify and respond to emerging additional needs and ensuring children have the best possible start in life.
Working across our network of Best Start Family Hubs, outreach locations, community settings and in family’s homes you will help ensure children receive the right support at the right time, improving developmental outcomes and reducing inequalities. You will work closely with Community, Inclusion, Health, SEND and Early Years professionals to ensure the Best Start Inclusion offer complements existing services and pathways, enabling children's and families' needs to be identified and supported at the earliest opportunity.
