We’re particularly interested in people who can contribute expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Income generation & business development: experience of developing income streams, building partnerships or using networks to open up opportunities. We are particularly interested in strategic and creative thinkers who can help us grow and diversify our funding.
- Organisational development & HR: experience of organisational development, shaping culture or working with mixed teams of staff and volunteers. An understanding of how organisations evolve and adapt would be valuable.
- Strategic planning & change management: experience of leading process improvement, organisational change and supporting modernisation and efficiency. We are looking for individuals who can help us think differently about how we operate in the future.
- Digital & technology: experience of using digital tools, systems or data to improve services or efficiency. This could include digital transformation, data insight or applying new technologies in practical ways.
- Charity governance: an understanding of good governance and the role of trustees in ensuring organisations are well run, accountable and effective.
- Finance: financial expertise or experience of overseeing budgets, financial planning or risk. This could include qualified professionals or those with strong practical experience.
