About the role
The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting strong governance and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations. Working closely with the CEO, Trustees, and Leadership Team, you will provide high-quality administrative and governance support to keep our work coordinated and effective.
Key area of responsibility
- Manage the CEOβs diary and inbox and workload management.
- Act as secretariat for Board and committee meetings; schedule meetings, prepare/distribute papers, and draft minutes.
- Maintain governance policies and procedures ensuring compliance and timely reviews.
- Coordinate annual governance activities (Board cycle, AGM, away days).
- Support compliments and complaints processes with accurate recordings and timely responses.
- Assist with data, reporting, and system administration.
Experience and Qualifications
- Strong digital capability, including confidence with Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and clear written communication.
- Confident, professional documentation production.
- Ability to travel between sites (car access required).
- Strong organisation and time management skills, capable of balancing multiple responsibilities.

- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (2 days to be taken before the August bank holiday and 3 days between Christmas and New Year) pro rata if part time.
