Executive Assistant
Status – 28-37 hours per week
Salary – £26,800pa FTE
Location – Norwich, Norfolk (Full time in office, some remote work possible)

About the role
We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Board of Trustees in managing governance responsibilities and ensuring efficient operations
•Provided executive assistant support, including diary and email management for the CEO and trustees.
•Act as secretariat for Trustee Board and sub-committee meetings; schedule meetings, prepare/distribute papers, and draft minutes.
•Maintain governance policies and procedures ensuring compliance and timely reviews
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in providing Executive Assistant support at CEO/senior management level, including governance processes with boards
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in managing confidential information with discretion
What we offer you
· 20 days annual leave, plus 5 office closure days (2 before the August bank holiday and 3 days between Christmas and New Year) plus bank holidays
· Pension Scheme – Employer contribution 4.5% and employee contribution 3.5%
